"Takumi's gratin-tailored shrimp nigiri" is a famous French restaurant that is touted as the best breakfast menu in the world, and was devised by Mr. Yamaguchi of "Kobe Kitano Hotel", which offers gems that speak to all five senses with outstanding skills. The shrimp, which is popular in Sushiro, is combined with Yamaguchi's special bechamel sauce and cheese, and is roasted in the store. The scent and umami of authentic shrimp gratin spreads. "Takumi's authentic mapo tofu" was devised by Mr. Sawada of "Chugokusai Essawada", who is a hot topic in Chinese cuisine that is not bound by the frame. For the first time in Sushiro, Mr. Sawada's secret mapo tofu is used. The bean paste, which you can enjoy the authentic spiciness of Sichuan pepper, is often entwined with the chewy noodles. The price is 380 yen.
