"Shoo a la claim" to 7-ELEVEN

At each 7-ELEVEN store, a new cream puff "Shoe a la Creme" with a revised choux pastry and custard cream will be released sequentially from May 26 (excluding some stores). The price is 130 yen (excluding tax).

"Shoe a la creme" is a "new cream puff" that is particular about raw materials and manufacturing methods, just like specialty stores. In the future, it will be developed as a standard 7-Eleven sweet.

For the choux pastry, we reviewed the composition and manufacturing method and changed it to a more fragrant and tasty choux pastry. The dough that enhances the aroma and the flavorful dough that contains fermented butter are layered and baked.

7-ELEVEN "Shoo a la Claim"

For the cream, we use a new egg "Egpatissier" suitable for sweets, which is particular about the food given to the parent chicken. The cream is finished with the richness and flavor of the egg, and is finished to match well with the choux pastry.
