A collaborative product following the popular "Matcha no Top Series " released in April of this year (2020). The combination of Gion Tsujiri's Ichiban Picked Uji Matcha and Chef Toshihiko Yoroizuka's ideas has created a donut with a texture and a novel look that has never been experienced before. Introducing 4 products that shine with the ideas of Chef Yoroizuka.

A crispy and chewy texture is achieved by layering cookie dough and bagel dough. Uji matcha whipped cream and chocolate are combined with the dough kneaded with Uji matcha. The price is 230 yen.

Chocolate whip and Uji Matcha chocolate are combined with a crispy dough kneaded with Uji Matcha. The price is 230 yen.


・ Pon de Pai Uji Matcha
A dish that combines a chewy texture of Pon de Ring and a crispy pie. Have fun with Uji Matcha whipped cream. The price is 200 yen.
