Ingredients (2 to 3 servings
) 400 g pork spare ribs1 potato
1/2 carrot
Salt and pepper a little
4 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons sake
4 tablespoons mirin
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons honey
Grated 1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger
Directions
Heat pork spare ribs in a frying pan and brown lightly. When the fat from the meat has melted, add the potatoes and carrots, saute briefly to coat the surface, and turn off the heat. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.Put all the seasonings into the inner pot of the rice cooker and mix. You can use a tube of garlic & ginger.
Put the pork spare ribs and vegetables in the frying pan. Cover with kitchen paper and press the rice cooker switch as you would when cooking rice.
When the rice is cooked, it's done!
