Ingredients
1/2 avocadoSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut avocado in half lengthwise, remove seeds and peel (we use 1/2 avocado).Slice into 2-3 mm thick slices. Ripe avocados are difficult to slice thinly, so slightly firm is recommended.
Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with a cookie sheet so that they do not overlap.
Season with salt and pepper.
Microwave at 600 W for 2 minutes 30 seconds.
Remove and flip the avocados.
Microwave again at 600W for 2 minutes 30 seconds.
If some are soft, add more heat.
Serve on a plate.
