) 160 g sweet potato80 ml vanilla ice cream
5 g butter

Directions
: Melt the vanilla ice cream at room temperature. I used MOW vanilla this time.Steam sweet potatoes in a pan or microwave until soft.
Peel and place in a bowl and mash with a masher while hot. A masher can be substituted with a rice scoop.
Add butter and vanilla ice cream and mix evenly.
Place in a heatproof mold and brush the surface with egg yolk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 20 minutes. If the oven is too cumbersome, you can brown them in a toaster.
