Hot Chocolate without Milk Recipe
Ingredients
30 g chocolate
*Bitter one, about 70% cocoa content is recommended
120 cc water
Preparation
Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan.Add chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. If using chocolate sheets, chop them into small pieces before adding them to the hot water.
Pour into a heatproof cup.

You can enjoy the bitter, rich, but not cloying taste.You can use any kind of chocolate, but we recommend 70% cacao couverture chocolate (for confectionery).
