To heat in a microwave oven, transfer the contents of the pouch to a deep baking dish, cover with plastic wrap, and heat at 500W for 3 minutes and 30 seconds to 4 minutes. For boiling water, place the pouch in boiling water and heat it for 6 to 8 minutes. In this case, I heated it in the microwave.

Before heating, it is very slippery.

After heating, pour over the warmed rice (prepared separately by myself). At this point, the aroma of the herbs can be felt quite strongly...!

How does the Thai Green Curry taste?

It looks white for a green curry. It contains a lot of coconut milk and has a creamy mouthfeel.

Notably, it has a rich aroma of herbs and spices! The herbs used are Kidachi Capsicum, Galangal, Lemongrass, Garlic, and shallots. Probably the lemongrass aroma is much stronger than that of a typical green curry. It's not an unfamiliar scent, but it's not usually this prominent, is it? That's my impression. It has a unique exotic feel to it, so you may not like it.

Compared to the aroma, the spiciness is moderate. You can enjoy the mild taste. The ingredients are bamboo shoots, eggplant, baby sardines, and spider lily. The Chinese cabbage has a crispy texture similar to that of lotus root. There is no meat in this dish, but I didn't feel deprived because there were plenty of shredded bamboo shoots.
