Matsuya's "Rough Chicken Butter Chicken Curry"
Indian curry that matches the taste of Japan!

I have eaten "Korokoro Chicken Butter Chicken Curry" which is now on sale at Matsuya all over Japan. An easy-to-eat dish with a mellow richness added to the scent of spices like Indian curry. The spiciness and sourness are low, and it is exactly called "Japanese-style Indian curry".

Comes with rice, Fukujinzuke, and miso soup

Matsuya started limited sales at some stores in July, and expanded the handling because it was popular after asking on Twitter etc. whether it could be expanded nationwide. We are adding an arrangement to the popular menu "Butter Chicken Curry" of the Matsuya Group's curry specialty store "My Cali-Dining Room".

Curry has a very Indian curry flavor

The price is 650 yen (tax included) for the average size. It is a curry with a rich spice scent that you can find in Indian curry shops, but the taste is not sharp and all are mellow and mild. The spiciness is also so-called "sweet", and it is as gentle as a cream stew.

Curry roux is "sweet". Mellow and rich, very easy to eat

It has a tomato smell and a red color, but the acidity is modest and does not impair the mouthfeel. In addition, the amount of chicken in the curry is plentiful, and there is a feeling of satisfaction that you will not lose it even if you scoop it with a spoon and eat it.

It goes very well with Fukujinzuke

It is an impression that it is devised to match the taste of Japan while incorporating abundant elements of Indian curry as a whole. It goes perfectly with Fukujinzuke, which is next to the rice. Even if I continued to eat while drinking the miso soup of the set, there was no sense of discomfort, and the taste was so familiar to my tongue that I wanted it to be placed as a standard curry menu.
