Have you heard of the local family restaurant "Flying Garden"? Stores are located in Gunma, Saitama, Tochigi, Ibaraki, and Chiba (at the time of writing).

The signature dish is the "Bomb Hamburger Steak. You can choose from a 250 g King, a 200 g Queen, or a 200 g x 2 Double Bomb, and you can choose from Japanese sauce, garlic sauce, or wasabi cream seasoning. This time, we chose the most popular King x Japanese sauce. The price is 999 yen (excluding tax, same below).

After ordering, the waiter brought a special table mat. She said it is to guard your clothes from getting dirty when you finish up at the table. Expectations are high.

The "bomb hamburger steak" arrives on a hot griddle, round and bale-shaped. The waiter immediately cuts it in half in front of you, then presses it onto the griddle and cooks it. The hamburger is finished with a drizzle of sauce. A little oil and sauce will be splashed, but it is fine because the table mat guards it.

After enjoying the food with your eyes, ears, and nose, it is time for your taste buds to get to work. The hamburger steak, which is made from ground lean Angus beef, is juicy! The surface is browned and the inside is medium rare, and the more you bite into it, the more the flavor overflows. The more you bite into it, the more the flavor overflows. Your chest fills with a sense of happiness that you are eating delicious meat.

The Japanese sauce, which has been a secret since the establishment of the restaurant, is a soy sauce base with plenty of onions and daikon radish. The fresh aroma of onions matches the subtle sweetness of the meat. The sauce enhances the flavor of the meat and leaves a refreshing aftertaste.

The dish is served with hot and fluffy potatoes, broccoli, and corn. It is very tasty when eaten with the Japanese sauce. The dish is served on a hot griddle, so you can enjoy it without getting cold until the last bite.

Another thing that impressed me was the garlic rice. The rice in the set menu can be changed for +80 yen, or ordered separately (330 yen).

Butter melts on top of the garlic-scented rice. How could this combination not be delicious? Alternate with the meat and you will be immersed in a state of unparalleled happiness.

It is a shame that Flying Garden's "bomb hamburger steak" is not a nationwide dish. If you are ever in the area where the restaurant is located, you must try it!
