Kitsune Tsukune Sandwich
Ingredients
Here is what you need to prepare. This is based on a recipe from Kikkoman.2 sheets fried tofu
Flour, to taste
160g (5.64oz) minced chicken
10 cm of spring onions
1/2 piece of ginger
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 tbsp soy sauce
How to make
Cut fried tofu in half and open to form a bag, then coat inside with flour.
Mix chopped green onions and ginger with ground chicken, ground sesame and soy sauce until sticky.

Stuff the seeds into the opened fried tofu.

Bake in a toaster oven for 7 to 8 minutes to make sure it is cooked through (you can also line it with aluminum foil). When they are done, they are done!

How does it taste?
Yummmmmmmm, so good! A fluffy chicken tsukune wrapped in a plump and juicy deep fryer. The sweet juices of the fatty meat are complemented by the spicy ginger. The fragrant sesame seeds add a nice touch!

The crunchy ginger in the soft tsukune accentuates the texture and is a nice touch. This is a little bit of a foul taste.... By the way, you can use a tube of ginger, but I recommend that you try your best to chop it into small pieces so that it has a nice crunchy texture when you eat it.
Since the meat is wrapped in deep-fried tofu, it doesn't lose its shape, and since you don't use a frying pan, you don't have to wash much. What's more, it's delicious! So, how about this for your dinner tonight?
