Introducing a simple recipe for "Nametama Tofu Don", an easy-to-use dish that can be made with tofu in 10 minutes! It's cheap but it's so delicious that I personally like it every night.

1 pack of momen tofu 1 cup of rice bowl 1 egg (yolk) 1 tablespoon tanned
Appropriate amount of chopped seaweed
● How to makeRoughly loosen the tofu, put it in a heat-resistant container, and heat it in a 600W microwave oven for about 1 minute. Drain the water.
Place the drained tofu on a bowl filled with rice.
Put more bamboo on it, dent the center and pop the yolk.
Sprinkle chopped seaweed to finish and you're done! Simple!
