"Takikomi gohan rice" simple recipe
Use tofu instead of chicken to make it a little healthy!
Material ( For 2 people )
Tofu 1/2 chome
Maitake 1/2 pack
Carrots 1/4
Rice 1 go
soy sauce 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
Liquor 2 tsp
Dashi no Moto 1/2 teaspoon
water 180ml (6.09us fl oz)

"Takikomi gohan" with lots of delicious ingredients. I think I'll add "chicken" along with vegetables and kimono, but if you want to make it a little healthy, I recommend using "tofu" instead of meat! It's very delicious to smoke soup stock.

● How to make

If possible, raise the rice about 30 minutes before cooking and drain it. Wipe off the water with kitchen paper and break the tofu roughly with a spoon.

Divide the maitake into small bunches and chop the carrots.

Put rice, soy sauce, sake, dashi-no-moto, and water in a rice cooker, mix them, add tofu, maitake mushrooms, and carrots, and cook in normal mode.

It's fragrant and delicious! The taste of soup stock soaked in fluffy tofu. In addition to the mellow richness of soybeans, the tofu is very tasty because it absorbs all the flavor of Maitake mushrooms and soup stock!
