The "La Cantine" series contains fashionable French sauce in cute vials such as liver paste and Bagna cauda. The other day, when I was looking for Kitano Ace, "Mushroom sauce" was on sale as a "requested product", so I bought it. The price is 540 yen (tax included).

Expectations are high because there are many fans of requested products! I'll eat it right away.


This is a sautéed mushroom made into a creamy sauce. Finished with onions, wine and butter. It seems that the taste of the material is tightly packed without adding any water.


When I apply it to the baguette and grab it ... it's mellow! With just a little lick, the unique scent of mushrooms spreads throughout your mouth. A mellow, creamy and rich mouthfeel. While the taste of mushrooms is condensed, the taste is increased with wine and garlic. This goes well with wine.


It's really delicious with this mushroom sauce and omelet! Even a simple omelet with only eggs can be tasted like a French restaurant at once by simply sprinkling it with mushroom sauce.



Unfortunately, the amount of 50g (1.76oz) per bottle is small ... I wish I had more in it because it was delicious! However, it's perfect for decorating your dining table on a special occasion. The bottles you have finished eating are also cute so you can reuse them!
