W Mushroom Cheeseburger

The "W Mushroom Cheeseburger" is a bold sandwich with twice the amount of mushrooms as the "Mushroom Cheeseburger," a Freshness Autumn staple. Fresh domestic mushrooms, which are in season from September to December in Japan, are cut into quarter-size pieces to preserve the original flavor and aroma of the ingredients. You can enjoy a hearty and satisfying texture that cannot be experienced with sliced mushrooms. The double amount of mushrooms gives you an even greater sense of materiality and satisfaction.


The premium patty overflowing with juices is more than twice the volume of the regular patty. The rich Italian porcini cream sauce enhances the flavor of the meat.


Red cheddar cheese is a perfect match for the burger. Warmed on a griddle so as not to destroy the flavor, it is placed on top of the hot patty to create a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The burger not only looks gorgeous with its bright orange color, but you can also taste the richness of the thick slice of cheese.
