Freshness Burger will re-sell the Mushroom Cheeseburger, which was the No. 1 selling item among 12 new products in 2018, from September 7 through October 18 (except at ballpark and zoo locations). The "Mushroom Cheeseburger Jr." in an easy-to-eat size is also available at the same time.

Mushroom Cheeseburger

The "Mushroom Cheeseburger," appearing for the fifth time in three consecutive years, is a bold hamburger that "lets you enjoy fall with all your senses. It uses a juicy premium patty that is more than twice the volume of a regular patty, and is topped with thick cheese heated on a griddle.

The red cheddar cheese, which is liked by many people for its ease of eating, is a perfect match for the hamburger. It is warmed on the griddle so as not to destroy the flavor, and then placed on the hot patty to create a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Not only does the burger have a gorgeous bright orange appearance, but it is also thickly sliced to give the cheese a rich flavor.


Japanese fresh mushrooms, which are in season from September to December in Japan, are cut into quarter-size pieces in order to preserve the original flavor and aroma of the ingredients. The surface of the mushrooms is lightly grilled so that the aroma and texture of the fresh mushrooms can be enjoyed, and they are topped with a rich Italian porcini cream sauce.
