I tried "Mushroom Cheeseburger Jr. (Junior)" in the hamburger chain "Freshness Burger". It is a dish that you can fully enjoy the scent of mushrooms and the taste of meat in a reasonable size.


It is a new product of the "Classic Mushroom Cheeseburger" series sold at Freshness, which is one size smaller and the price is as low as 540 yen (tax included).


Patty made from 100% Australian grass-fed beef with condensed meat flavor, topped with red cheddar cheese and mushrooms. Sprinkle with porcini cream sauce, add flavor with black pepper and sandwich with slightly sweet pumpkin buns.


The biggest feature is the flavor of domestic mushrooms cut into large pieces and creamy and rich porcini cream sauce that does not use preservatives or artificial seasonings.


After ordering, the hamburger arrived after a while, and when you remove the buns for a trial, the scent of mushrooms rises. When you bite it, you can enjoy the feeling of mushroom hunting in autumn together with the richness of porcini. It goes well with patties, and when the gravy and cream sauce are mixed and spread in your mouth, you will be very satisfied.
