cold!

I ate the recommended summer menu of Western noodle shop Goemon, "Cold Japanese-style grated pork shabu-shabu and plenty of flavored vegetables." The crispy texture of freshly boiled noodles goes well with the refreshing condiments such as perilla and Japanese ginger.

The price is 1,242 yen (tax included), which is reasonably high even on the Goemon menu. It's a Japanese-style spaghetti, and there are tons of condiment vegetables that say, "If you eat this, it will be refreshing." The most noticeable are shiso and myoga. Each time you chew, the refreshing scent tickles your nose.

Plenty of meat

In addition, kaiware, mizuna, and plenty of grated radish will compete for a refreshing flavor each time you bring them to your mouth. Although the pork is sliced, it is well-greased and thick because it is entwined with sesame sauce. The contrast was brilliant.

This volume

The noodles are very thick, spaghetti, and the freshly boiled noodles are chilled, so they are firm and chewy, and they feel good in the throat. The texture is different from the cold pasta salad that you always buy at convenience stores. Perhaps, rather than the tsukemen "Hiyamori", I wondered if the freshly chilled pasta would be smoother than the zaru soba.

The noodles are smooth!

The volume is plentiful, enough for lunch as well as dinner. A perfect dish for the hot season.
