Tokyo Tarako Spaghetti's popular limited-time-only menu item, "Mentaiko Saba no O-dashi Spaghetti (Mentaiko Mackerel in Dashi broth)," is a plump, grilled, fatty mackerel seasoned with spicy mentaiko cod roe and served in luxurious slices, creating a visually impressive dish.

This limited-time-only menu item will be available at all LAWSON stores nationwide from January 10, 2023 as a supervised menu item of Tokyo Tarako Spaghetti, with which the two companies have collaborated since September 2021. The new "Tokyo Tarako Spaghetti Supervised Mentaiko Saba no O-dashi Pasta" is a pasta dish in which mentaiko cod roe and grilled mackerel pieces are blended into the dashi broth and eaten without hesitation, just like dashi chazuke (a dish of rice with broth).
