The Nenrin family sells the Valentine's Day limited edition "De la Chocolat Ginza". The price is 1,400 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below). The sale period is until February 18th.

This is a special Baumkuchen only for the Valentine season. The heavy, dense and melty taste is like "Baumkuchen chocolate terrine".


The body is "Mount Balm Brownie", which is baked only in winter by the Nenrin family. A proud dish that has been carefully baked for a long time by kneading "Hundred Years Cocoa" from Ferklin, Switzerland, which has been passed down for a century, and cocoa mass, which can be said to be the best of chocolate. On top of that, charcoal-fired chocolate that brings out the rich flavor of cacao by charcoal-roasting is applied.
