The Nenrin family will release a limited edition product "More Moist Balm Motto Moist Bud Chocolat" for about a week at the Daimaru Tokyo store on November 1st.

This is "the rarest chocolate baumkuchen in the history of the Nenrin family". The original Baumkuchen "More Moist Balm Motto Moist Bud", which was developed with the aim of "more moist texture beyond moistness", is specially baked with chocolate.


The more chocolate ingredients you add to the dough, the harder it becomes, so it's very difficult to bake chocolate baumkuchen moist and soft. In that respect, this product is made by kneading the originally moist moist balm with "100 years cocoa" and "cocoa liquor" from Fercklin, Switzerland, which has a strong presence even in a small amount, to give it a moist mouthfeel and chocolate feeling. It seems that "golden balance" has been achieved.

You can eat it as it is, or if you like it, warm it up a little to make it even more moist and soft.

It is YS size and the price is 1,296 yen (tax included). The sale period is until November 7. The sales place is MVP SWEETS (in front of the central entrance) at the Western confectionery section on the 1st floor of the Daimaru Tokyo store. However, after November 8th, it may be sold at the same store for a short period of time.
