Straight balm chocolate & cocoa

The autumn-only Baumkuchen is very popular every year for its mellow aroma and luxurious chocolate flavor. Chocolate is sprinkled on chocolate Baumkuchen, which is kneaded with cocoa and baked moistly.


You can enjoy it as it is, but it is still delicious when warmed. If you transfer it to a plate and heat it in the microwave at 500W for 40 seconds (35 seconds for 600W) without wrapping it, the chocolate will melt and the baumkuchen will become soft and moist. You can enjoy the deliciousness of freshly made Baumkuchen like chocolate fondue.
