From the Donburi-type cup noodle "Myojo Charmera Donburi" series, "Niigata Kanzuri Spicy Miso Ramen" and "Oita Yuzukosho Chicken Shirayu Ramen" will be released on January 14th. The estimated price is 180 yen each (excluding tax).

This is the first in a series that focuses on "local seasonings". It is a cup ramen that you can enjoy Niigata's traditional fermented seasoning "Kanzuri" and "Yuzukosho", which is said to have originated in Oita.

Niigata Kanzuri Spicy Miso Ramen is a miso soup that uses pork extract as a base and adjusts the flavor with several types of miso and flavored vegetables, and expresses the Kanzuri-ness with red miso, jiuqu, yuzu pepper flavor and chili pepper. Easy-to-eat thin noodles with cabbage, carrots and corn. Comes with a special paste containing Kanzuri (using 100% Kanzuri from Niigata).

On the other hand, Oita Yuzukosho Chicken Shirayu Ramen is a chicken shirayu soup that is thickened by adding pork to the base of chicken extract and adjusting the taste with flavored vegetables (garlic, ginger). The thin noodles are easy to eat, and the chicken dice and eggs are combined. Comes with a special paste containing Yuzukosho (using 100% Yuzukosho from Oita).
