Nobunaga Akeboshi Red Ramen

A dish made in collaboration with "Nobunaga Ramen", which is characterized by its spiciness, according to the hot season. Nobunaga Ramen is a popular shop for both locals and tourists in Kiyosu City, Aichi Prefecture. This time, the taste of the most popular menu "Red Ramen" is reproduced. It is said that the mild spiciness of "Dera (meaning very much in the dialect of the Nagoya region)" with the punch of chili pepper, sesame and garlic is addictive.

Thick noodles with firm elasticity are used, and it is combined with a mild spicy soup with rich sesame seeds, garlic and chili peppers based on pork and chicken.
