"Deep-fried! Daigakuimo" made with mayonnaise

Perfect for cold winters! Introducing "Deep-fried Daigakuimo" that you can easily make at home. I made it with reference to the recipe of "Kewpie".

Even though it doesn't use butter or oil, the sweet potatoes are rich. The secret is ... mayonnaise!

◆ Materials

1 sweet potato 1 tablespoon honey
Half a teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon white sesame
1 tablespoon mayonnaise

You can make it with almost anything you have at home.

◆ How to make

Cut the sweet potatoes into small pieces with the skin on. After cutting, expose it to water and put it in a heat-resistant container while the potatoes are still wet. Cover with plastic wrap and heat in a 500W microwave for 4-5 minutes.
