Aiming to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society and the sustainable growth of the Group, the Kewpie Group has identified "contribution to food and health," "effective use and recycling of resources," and "response to climate change" as key issues toward sustainability. We have confirmed that the eggs procured by the Kewpie Group in Japan are from hens that have been reared in accordance with the "guidelines for the rearing and management of egg-laying hens that support the concept of animal welfare," which the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries is working to promote. We are also developing products that utilize eggs from cage-free hen rearing. Therefore, "Kewpie Heifer-Fed Egg Mayonnaise" will be marketed to those who use heifer-fed eggs.
