Easy without the need for eggs, milk or cream! "Tofu carbonara" recipe. Recommended for consumption when a little tofu is left over.

Spaghetti 80g (2.82oz)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Silk tofu 90g (3.17oz)
1 bacon tube 1 teaspoon garlic
Appropriate amount of black pepper and grated cheese
How to makeBoil the spaghetti as indicated on the product.
Mix mayonnaise and silken tofu.
Cut bacon into 1 cm wide pieces and fry in a hot frying pan with garlic.
When the garlic scent comes out, add a mixture of mayonnaise and silk tofu and boiled noodles, and mix the whole.
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with black pepper and grated cheese to complete.
What is its taste?The creamy mouthfeel and mellow taste, the garlic flavor and the umami of bacon are just carbonara! The finish does not feel the taste of tofu.
However, the taste is quite light because it does not use eggs, milk or fresh cream. It is recommended to adjust the richness with the amount of grated cheese. Try it when you have a little extra tofu, or when you are running out of eggs or milk!
