"Biodinamico" in Shibuya, Tokyo has delicious rice bowl pasta. It has a solid feel that is associated with tsukemen and abura soba, but the atmosphere is fashionable. The spicy flavor is also wonderful.
In the middle of Shibuya
Biodinamico leaves Shibuya Station and goes on Koen-dori, then breaks on the way and enters one street. A corner of fashion-related shops. It's on the 3rd floor of the building, so it's a little difficult to understand, but the inside is spacious. By the way, the snail mark is a landmark, and it is also drawn on the interior.
Lunch is 1,200 yen (tax included, same below). In addition to the main dish pasta, salad, homemade bread that can be refilled, and small pork pate are also included. There are three types of pasta, but I ordered the standard "Tuscan spicy tomato sauce".
Fluffy, crispy carrots
The first salad I came to was a carrot chopped like a thread. It is fluffy when scooped with a fork, and crunchy when carried in the mouth.
It's a little surprising that raw carrots have such a texture. In addition to pepper, fennel (fennel seed) spice is used, and although it is Italian food, it has an ethnic atmosphere.
Plenty of putty on homemade bread
The bread that was subsequently brought in was very soft and baked so that it could be easily torn by pinching the edges with your fingers.
I was surprised because I imagined a harder and firmer bread because it was homemade. The pate that came with it has a strong pork flavor and is savory, but like the salad, it contains fennel seeds and the scent is refreshing. The crunchy texture of the seeds is also fun.
When this is applied instead of butter and eaten, the soft texture of the bread dough and the smooth texture of the putty stimulate the taste in order, and the scent of fennel seeds makes you feel very happy.
