Royal Host Fusion Selection Vol. 3 "Italian Piatto
"Royal Host will hold its third Fusion Selection, "Italian Piatto," featuring dishes from around the world arranged in the Royal Host style. The menu features a variety of Italian dishes from the north to the south of Italy, and is the most popular among Royal Host's international fairs in the past 10 years. The event is scheduled to run from September 28 to early December.
The "Italian Piatto" menu, which consists of two dishes: an antipasto misto (appetizer platter) as a starter, and a main dish of "Milanese Italian Piatto (pork cutlet with saffron risotto)," an arrangement of Milan's famous cutlet, or "Florentine Italian Piatto (beef with balsamic sauce)" and "Italian Piatto (pork cutlet with balsamic sauce)," an arrangement of Milan's famous cutlet, and "Italian Piatto (pork cutlet with balsamic sauce), an arrangement of Milanese cuisine. Florentine Italian Piatto (Beef Tagliata with Porcini Risotto)" or "Florentine Italian Piatto (Beef Tagliata with Porcini Risotto)" with beef and balsamic sauce.
In addition, "Western-Style Small Dishes - Italian Style," an Italian-inspired version of Royal Host's standard items, is also available. The "Seafood Wrapped in Bread", inspired by the Southern Italian seafood dish "Aqua Pazza", offers a concentrated aroma of the sea the moment you open the wrapper. Enjoy it with softly baked focaccia.

The famous Milanese cutlet, a classic Italian dish, is arranged with domestic pork. The cutlet is made by stretching pork thinly, sprinkling Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese with bread crumbs, and baking it, then layering mozzarella cheese, basil, and prosciutto ham. Enjoy it with Milanese risotto made with saffron. Priced at 2,838 yen (tax included, same as below).

Western-style small plates - Italian style - Seafood Wrapped in Bread & Italian Small PlatesShrimp, sea bream, scallops, and mussels with tomatoes, broccoli, and potatoes are wrapped in an herb and garlic-scented aquapazza-style wrapper. Appetizers include caponata and consommé jus, caprese with prosciutto ham, steamed chicken, and marinated mushrooms. The price is 3,278 yen.
Italian Style Grilled - Angus Sirloin Steak & Grilled Chicken with Lasagna -Royal Host's classic Angus sirloin steak and grilled chicken with basil sauce in Italian style. This is a hearty dish that allows you to enjoy all three at once. Priced at 2,948 yen.
Prosciutto Ham Salad This saladis made with prosciutto ham, Italian red and sunny lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and several other vegetables, topped with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese produced in northern Italy. It is a dish that goes well with wine or other alcoholic beverages. Price: 1,078 yen.
