"Fuwamochi Taiyaki / Kikyo Shingen Mochi-style", a collaboration product between Monteur and "Kikyo Shingen Mochi", will be released on November 1st. The estimated price is 162 yen (194 yen including tax and Okinawa only).


This is a Taiyaki sweet that is inspired by the taste of the famous confectionery "Kikyo Shingen Mochi" that represents Yamanashi Prefecture. "Kinako cream", which is a combination of "kinako an" made from Hokkaido soybean kinako and home-cooked custard, and "black honey paste" made from Okinawan brown sugar are wrapped in a soft and chewy dough.

In order to express the taste of Kikyo Shingen Mochi, it is said that it is finished by sticking to the balance of kinako cream and black honey paste. The flavor of kinako that spreads the moment you put it in your mouth is said to be enjoyable as it overlaps with the thick and thick black honey paste.
