Kinako pudding, milk cream, and black honey paste are sandwiched between fluffy dough. The smooth pudding is made with plenty of homemade pasteurized milk and soybean flour, and homemade custard is added to create a rich flavor.

On top of that, a generous amount of black honey paste made from Kikyouya's dark black honey, which has a distinctive richness and flavor, was applied. In addition, the dorayaki dough has the image of Kikyo Shingen Mochi. It is chewy, and the texture is particular about the texture, such as leaving a fluffy mouthfeel with an emphasis on a sense of unity with pudding and cream.
