Yamamori "Risodria"

I found a retort product that transforms the rice left in the rice cooker into a single dish in 5 minutes! It is "Resodria" sold by Yamamori. Easy to make but delicious and convenient!

This is a Western-style sauce that becomes "risotto" when mixed with rice and "doria" when baked. At the time of writing the article, there are three types of lineup: "cheese cream," "Milan-style meat sauce," and "shrimp cream." One box contains one meal.

I couldn't find Milan-style meat sauce this time, so I bought cheese cream and shrimp cream. The price was 116 yen (tax included) each.

I mixed the cheese cream sauce with the rice left in the rice cooker. If the rice is cold or put in the refrigerator, it is better to heat it in the microwave.

Mix rice and sauce well in a heat-resistant bowl, wrap and heat in a microwave (500W) for about 2 minutes to complete the cheese risotto!
