Uma-spicy udon noodles are udon noodles that are sprinkled with flavored chili oil, sprinkled with sweet and spicy meat miso and spinach on top of the soup. The rich Tahini soup uses plenty of sesame paste to give it a mellow, creamy taste.
The meat miso prepared in the store is spicy with the addition of chili peppers. The umami and spiciness of the meat complement the creamy soup. In addition, bonito powder is sprinkled on the meat miso as a secret ingredient, which makes it more compatible with udon noodles.
