My bakery & cafe is a shop run by a company called "My" that develops "My Italian" and so on. Bread lovers may know that it is sometimes talked about on TV and the internet.



One of the shops' melons is delicious bread. However, there are two loaves in size. At most supermarkets and convenience stores sell about 1 loaf (600g (21.16oz)), and some even less. Even so, for example, I cut 8 or 6 pieces and eat them, so if I live alone, it will last for about a week. Two loaves takes two weeks. There is a place to put it, so I can't buy it easily.

But I bought it. I bought. I can't help it because I want to eat it. The price is quite reasonable at 1,000 yen (tax included). But it doesn't matter. The brand is the classic "incense". By the way, they cut it at the shop, so I asked them to cut it into 12 pieces.


The characteristic of "incense" is that it is delicious to eat as it is without making it toast. According to the attached pamphlet, it is characterized by using high-grade domestic wheat "Kitano Kaori" and high-grade milk from Iwate's milk "Nakahora Farm".

Freshly made bread can be easily torn by pinching it by hand. Soft to the ears. It's fluffy when eaten, and as explained, it's very milky. I also feel a faint sweetness. Even if you don't put anything on it, it will be crunchy, but if you put a piece of salted butter on it and bite it, it will be even more wonderful. The deliciousness of dairy products and the deliciousness of wheat stand out.


There should be some people who like unbaked bread. I like to chew it as it is, not as a sandwich. Since there is no scent of toast, I feel that it is gentler, milder, and can be eaten naturally. In the morning when you are alone, it is a little joy to take out the bread and flatten it with cold milk.

You can enjoy it to your heart's content if you inspire and buy incense. However, I think again that there are many 2 loaves. The pamphlet says that if you can't eat it, you should wrap it in plastic wrap, put it in a zipper bag, and put it in the freezer. However, in that case, toast is recommended.

I wondered if I really like toast, but I just compromised and sipped it as it was.
