First of all, "raw" without baking. FamilyMart's "Ultimate Moist and Moist Bread" (hereinafter "Ultimate") has a soft and moist texture, a good texture, and a wheat flavor. The skin is thin and has a fragrant sweetness.




On the other hand, "Ginza's Bread-Incense-" (hereinafter "Incense") in "My Bakery" is quite close. The taste is hard to feel at first, and the flavor spreads as you chew. The image is that the skin is thick and bites off. It is a very satisfying tailoring.


By comparison, the "ultimate" image of bread is more standard. It is a little different from "incense", but it is not inferior in taste.

When I also tried rebaking and microwave heating with a toaster, the texture of "Ultimate" was outstanding when it was heated in the microwave. Fluffy and gentle. I enjoyed the delicate aroma even when I baked it in a toaster, but it became a little normal and I didn't have the impression that it brought out the potential.


On the other hand, "incense" becomes a little watery when heated in the microwave. When the surface was crispy with a toaster, the chewy inside was outstandingly delicious.
