The "fluffy" texture is due to the brown rice puff and soybean puff that are blended as ingredients. The fluffy and light texture of brown rice puffs enhances the aroma, and the crispy soybean puffs enhance the flavor of kinako. In addition, it contains a special cocoa cookie that is different from Black Thunder, giving it a crumbled texture.
