"Melon Black Thunder" from Yuraku Seika's Black Thunder series will be on sale. The release date is April 21. It will be sold at souvenir stores in Hokkaido. The 10 packs are priced at 550 yen (tax included). Some stores may not carry the product. Limited time, limited quantity, limited to Hokkaido.

"Melon Black Thunder" is a sister product of "White Black Thunder," a Hokkaido souvenir that has been available since 2011, and has been sold only in summer since 2016. The product was suspended for two years due to the Corona disaster, but was revived last April 2022 for the first time in three years. This time, the "fruitiness of Hokkaido melon" has been further enhanced and will be available for a limited time only.

The "crunchiness" created by the two types of biscuits that make up Black Thunder, "cocoa cookies" and "plain cookies," has been retained, and melon granules have been newly added so that the taste of juicy, fresh Hokkaido melon can be enjoyed. Combined with a coating of chocolate made from Hokkaido red melon, this new product has been enhanced so that customers can enjoy the fruity taste of Hokkaido melon right through to the end of the biscuit.
