This is a sweet that is a further evolution of "Bittersweet Coffee Dolce," which was sold in February of this year and sold out early with about 12,000 meals a day. The coffee ice and coffee jelly are made from an original blend of sushiro's specialty coffee beans, and the condensed milk shaved ice and whipped cream go great together. It has a mellow taste with rounded corners, and it is said that it is finished in a taste that women who are not good at bitterness can enjoy.
