New seasonal sweets "Miyazaki Ripe Mango Parfait," "White Peach Panna Cotta," "Coffee Jelly with Affogato," and "White Peach Roll Cake" will be available at Colomban from June 17 to August 25.

Miyazaki Ripe Mango Parfait

The Miyazaki Fully Ripe Mango Parfait is made with passion fruit, mango, and orange, and is served with banana mousse and cubes of pineapple. Only one mango is left per tree at Ogata Orchard in Miyazaki, and it is grown on the tree until it is fully ripe and falls off, which gives it a mellow aroma and freshness. The price is 1,404 yen (tax included).

White Peach Panna Cotta

White Peach Panna Cotta" is a gentle peach-scented panna cotta decorated with compote of seasonal white peaches. The homemade strawberry sauce at the bottom of the panna cotta is said to be a refreshing combination. The price is 756 yen.

Coffee Jelly Affogato

Coffee Jelly Affogato" is a thick coffee jelly with high cocoa chocolate cream poured over it and vanilla mousse floating on top. It is made to resemble the Italian dolce "affogato," and is considered to be a sweet with a little extra care. The price is 648 yen.

White Peach Roll Cake

The "White Peach Roll Cake" is a peach-flavored cream with compote of white peaches, wrapped in a moist and fluffy roll dough. The cake is finished with a white chocolate copoe and white peach compote decorated to resemble flower petals. The length is approximately 12 cm, and the selling price is 1,620 yen.
