"Yoshinoya" in the international passenger terminal of Haneda Airport. Here, you can eat the rare menu "Ushigasane" that is only available at stores.
The shop is located on the 4th floor of the general area, right next to the big Haneda Nihonbashi. The store is no different from the Yoshinoya in the city. However, as you approach, the showcase is decorated with a sample of "Ushigasane".
It takes about 5 minutes to order and wait. "Ushigasane" arrived in a high-class jubako instead of the usual bowl. The price is 1,500 yen (tax included) with new incense and miso soup.
When you open the lid, it's all meat! And green onions. White rice is spread underneath.
Each large beef is soft enough to be cut with your teeth. It is moist and the flavor spreads when you chew it. An exquisite finish that does not make you feel greasy while having the richness peculiar to cows.
The sweet and spicy seasoning matches well with plumply cooked white rice. It goes without saying that the rice that has been soaked in sauce is delicious.
While sandwiching new incense and miso soup for chopsticks rest, take a bite of green onion when you eat about half of the meat and rice. A refreshing flavor spreads with a crisp sound. Accented with a hint of spiciness. It refreshes your mouth and stimulates your appetite.
I like the usual beef bowl, but the "gyuju" that makes me want to chew each bite firmly was a higher-grade taste. This is a must-try item when you go to Haneda Airport's international flights.
