This is a dressing that you can enjoy over champon. There are two flavors, "ginger flavor" and "yuzu pepper flavor". Basically, if you order a "vegetable-rich menu" such as "vegetable-rich champon" or "vegetable-rich sara udon", it will come free of charge (may vary depending on the store).


"Ginger flavor" that changes to a milder mouthfeel by adding. If you like ginger, you should definitely try it because you can enjoy the strong aroma and taste of ginger.



"Yuzu pepper flavor" is a dressing that allows you to enjoy the aroma of yuzu and the spicy pepper flavor. Pepper is strong, and the mellow soup changes to a slightly mature taste.



There is a "Champon" dressing, but of course it goes perfectly with Sara Udon. I love to sprinkle "Yuzukosho flavor" on Sara udon, and I repeat it every time I go to Ringer Hut. Recommended!


In addition, these dressings, which are only available in the vegetable-rich series, can be added to the regular menu for an additional fee (+54 yen each). Some stores may sell it over the counter. It depends on the store, so it is recommended to contact the store near you before ordering.
