I actually bought and tried "Moheji Myoga Dressing" sold at KALDI Coffee Farm! The content is 200 ml and the price is 386 yen per bottle (tax included).

"Myoga Dressing" is a luxurious dressing that uses a lot of myoga grown in Kochi Prefecture. It is said to be a perfect match not only for salads, but also for cold tofu and meat.


In addition to myoga from Kochi Prefecture, it contains bonito broth, kelp broth, and other ingredients. If you look closely, you can see chopped myoga! This is very promising! This time, I poured it over "chilled tofu," "salad," and "steamed vegetables. The sliced myoga on each dish was chopped and topped by the author. It is not included in the dressing.

Cabbage, cucumber, carrot, and steamed chicken salad as a topping. This goes really well with myoga dressing! I found the cucumbers to be especially compatible. The freshness & crunchy texture of the cucumbers are perfect with the myoga dressing. You can make an addictive dish by pouring the myoga dressing over sliced cucumbers and adding sesame seeds if you like. ...... Of course, it also goes well with steamed chicken and cabbage. Since the dressing is refreshing, it seems to go well with steamed meat in general.

Steamed

It is simply poured over a set of steamed vegetables purchased at the supermarket, but the added sweetness and acidity give the dish a depth of flavor. It goes well with Chinese cabbage, so it would be delicious over a millefeuille pot of pork belly and Chinese cabbage! This dressing will be enjoyed not only in summer but also in winter.
