KALDI "Yaki-Edamame" (Baked Edamame)

Yaki Edamame" is a snack made from Japanese dacha beans and salt from Miyako Island. It is a colonized shape, about one size larger than a real edamame. The slight char on the surface whets the appetite.


The most notable feature of the dish is its texture. It is so crispy and crunchy that you can almost hear it. They are so light that you can't stop putting them in your mouth one after another. Personally, I think it is best to eat three of them together rather than one at a time.


The refreshing flavor unique to dada-cha-mame spreads softly. The mild saltiness gives it an addictive taste. Kelp powder and bonito powder are also used as ingredients, giving it a strong umami flavor. The taste is so good that I found myself running out of the bag before I realized it.

They are perfect as a snack to fill up a small stomach or as a snack with alcohol. Adults are recommended to buy it with beer.
