Here is a list of products from KALDI's that I actually tried and enjoyed. The three products are "Mix and Match: Rou Lo Fan," "Mikan Sauce for Meat and Salad," and "Red Haruka Sweet Potato Chips with a Slightly Salty Taste."

Mix it all up and enjoy Taiwanese soul food "lu lo fan" (Taiwanese-style rice with braised pork) simply by mixing it with cooked rice. Pork is slowly simmered with bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms in soy sauce, sake, and sugar, and flavored with octagonal horns to create a sweet and spicy taste unique to Taiwan.

Tangerine Sauce for Meat and Salad

The "MIKAN SAUCE TO GO WITH MEAT AND SALAD" is made from more than 40% straight juice of Onshu mandarin oranges with a hint of mustard. It is based on soy sauce and honey, with the addition of shio koji (salt malt) as a secret ingredient to add depth of flavor.
