Eat meat again this year
At each Marugame Seimen store, "Beef Torotama Udon," which was popular last year (2017), is back again this year. It will be on sale from April 17th to the end of May (excluding some stores).
Beef tororo udon is a udon noodle that is made by entwining a generous amount of beef baked after ordering with tororo and hot spring eggs. The soup stock, which exudes the umami of hot and tender beef, seems to go well with the chewy noodles. You can enjoy the texture and mellow richness of the sticky tororo and hot spring eggs.
The prices are average 690 yen, large 790 yen, and profitable 990 yen, all including tax.
