Marugame Seimen "Beef Suki Kamatama
Marugame Seimen's popular annual "Gyu-suki Kamatama" will be available again this year for a limited time from April 2 to the end of April (except at some stores). Prices start at 640 yen (tax included).Gyu-suki Kamatama is a dish of beef cooked in a sweet and spicy sauce and served with freshly boiled noodles and eggs. The meat is cooked to order, hot and tender, and served generously on a bed of warm udon noodles.
The thick sukiyaki sauce has an addictive aroma and richness, and when mixed with an egg, it mellows out and is delicious to the last bite.
