The "2018 Strawberry Fair" is held from January to March at the Salon de Cafe in the Ginza main store of Shiseido Parlor. In March, the final month, three types of strawberry parfaits that are particular about the production area are offered.

For the "Marihime's Special Strawberry Parfait from Hidaka-gun, Wakayama Prefecture," we used a large strawberry "Marihime" that is hard to taste outside Wakayama Prefecture. It seems that mellow sweetness and elegant acidity spread. The price is 2,380 yen (tax included, same below).

"Amaotome Strawberry Parfait from Akamatsu Farm, Kitauwa-gun, Ehime Prefecture" uses Ehime Prefecture's original variety "Amaotome", which is blessed with warm and sunny conditions. It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and is characterized by a rich taste. The price is 1,890 yen.


The gorgeous scented strawberry "Yayoihime" is used for "Yayoihime's Strawberry Parfait from Hanada Farm in Munakata City, Fukuoka Prefecture". It has a high sugar content and a modest acidity. The price is 1,890 yen.


Yayoi Hime's Strawberry Parfait also offers a low-carbohydrate version. The sugar mass is suppressed to 10g (0.35oz) by devising the tailoring of ice cream and sauce while keeping the decoration as it is. The price is 1,890 yen.
