"Duck green onion udon" will be on sale from January 30th to mid-March at each Marugame Seimen store (excluding some stores). Prices start at 640 yen (tax included).

This is a warm udon noodle made by combining thick and tender duck meat and fragrant and sweet roasted green onions with a special soup stock. Finished with chopped yuzu and trefoil toppings.


By boiling the duck meat and roasted green onions after the order is placed, the sweet fat of the duck meat and the scent of the green onions dissolve in the soup stock, and you can enjoy a deep winter-like taste. Yuzu and trefoil add a refreshing flavor.
