This is the "Sweet Ehomaki" devised by the hotel's pastry chef with the image of Ehomaki. Since its first appearance in 2010, it is a seasonal staple product that has been well received every year.

In a moist and soft sponge, there are plenty of smooth cream and large strawberries. Furthermore, it is finished by wrapping it in cocoa-flavored crepe dough, which looks like "seaweed roll".
