"Ehomaki Miyamasou supervised by Hisato Nakato" is a dish supervised by Hisato Nakato, the 4th generation owner of "Miyamasou", a long-established Japanese-style inn in Kyoto. The contents are simple thick-grilled egg including eel long-grilled, shiitake mushroom boiled, Kanpyo boiled, Koya tofu with umami soup stock, good-textured bamboo shoots, pickled mountain jellyfish, roasted sesame seeds, and shrimp rags. The selling price is 1,600 yen (tax included, same below).
